Vacuum Excavation

Vacuum Excavation Services

Vacuum excavation (or also commonly known as potholing or non-destructive digging) is a non-mechanical, non-destructive excavation process that uses pressurised water and an industrial strength vacuum to simultaneously excavate and evacuate soil. This process vastly reduces the risk to utilities caused by manual or mechanical digging and results in safe, fast, precise diggings that require less backfill, labour and restoration.

Potholing or Non-destructive Digging

This is the preferred method to visually locate an underground service/utility. Once the utility has been exposed, our team records all utility data, marks the utility dependent on what type and organises the backfill of the pothole. This non-destructive method provides absolute certainty, minimises project risk and the potential for rectification costs on any project.
